Favorite Clothing Company wants you to be happy with your purchase!

Please read through this entire section to ensure a full understanding of our return policy.

If you're unhappy with your purchase, we'll gladly offer a full refund on unworn merchandise in it's original condition with all tags still attached, within 14 days of purchase ( no exceptions) . Shipping charges are not refundable. We will refund the shipping charges if your return is a mistake on our part.  

14 days, Favorite Clothing Company will offer an exchange or store credit for unworn merchandise in it's original condition with all tags still attached. Within 21 days of purchase. No exchanges, refund, or credit will be offered after 21 days of the date of purchase.

**Favorite Clothing Company reserves the right to withhold credit on returned items that are found to be worn or damaged by the customer in any way. In these situations the item will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.**

Items that are listed as "FINAL SALE ", are final sale items that have been deeply discounted or are being discontinued on our website and can not be returned or exchanged.

All leather goods (bags, belts, accessories) and jewelry are final sale only, we apologize for any inconvenience.

Sales tax is collected on all orders shipped to Arizona addresses. Based on Constitutional guidelines of interstate commerce, sales tax will not be charged to a  shipping address outside of the states where business is operated

Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Online orders are shipped Monday through Fridays, excluding holidays. All orders received after 1:00 p.m. EST will be processed the next business day. Delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Please be advised that once an order is processed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
